Garam Masala is used to add sharp flavor to dishes. It is the best when added at the end of cooking and one can even sprinkle it on the dishes when serving. This is a mixture of several ingredients including clove, curry leaves, cinnamon, etc. The spice is prepared in our state of the art food processing division under the most hygienic conditions. Post-production, we pack the Garam Masala in a preventative packaging that keeps impurities and contaminants at bay.
